Surfing For Autism: SFA

Yesterday I went to volunteer at the SFA. I had an awesome time! The first kid I helped out was a boy named Anthony. He sure had the surfer spirit! He just would not give up. He smiled all the time and said " I am going to keep on trying my hardest!" The first wave he got he stood and rode it all the way into shore! He acted just like a normal kid. I assume that his autism symptoms were low. His mom took a picture of Anthony, the board, and our team. I had sooo much fun and I am hoping to go to the next one in Daytona. The SFA is a life changing expirience, not just for you but the kids also!

Dollar$ by Dollar$

The money is coming in the window!!! So far I have earned about $400!!! I am raking in the money (literally)!!! I have gotten so much from doing my Handi Boy services. I have been doing a lot of yard work for many people. I have had to get down and dirty. I once got $90 for mowing and trimming bushes on two yards!!! ( : God has been helping me much along the way. Every time I am feeling like I am not going to get any jobs, I get a job that pays me quite a bit. I have had my dad accompany me and help me. I just cant wait to go to China to adopt D.J.!!! ( :

Memories

Hi everybody!!! I have not been posting very lately because my parents had to go to N.C. because my grandma died 2 weeks ago. She had fallen and broke her hip and spine. Then while she was at the hospital she had a minor heart attack. That heart attack ended it for her. I am not sure if she was a christian or not, but I sure hope that she gets to go to Heaven.
